YC Ribs started with one promise: ribs worth the drive. Slow-smoked low-and-slow, glazed with our house sauce, and served alongside the Dominican classics our family has cooked for generations — mofongo, churrasco, chicharrón, rice and beans, sweet maduros.
We're family-owned and owner-operated. Every plate comes out of our kitchen the way we'd serve it at our own table — which is why our regulars from Lodi, Elmwood Park, and across Bergen County keep coming back.
